Nathan L. Rogge
President | Chief Executive Officer
Nathan brings his passion for building a great business bank to his leadership of Bank of Southern California. He began his career at Wells Fargo as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer, where he implemented successful sales and marketing strategies in the Sacramento and San Diego areas. He then moved to First National Bank of San Diego as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Group Manager. In 2002, he joined First Republic Bank in San Francisco as their Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking. He has been involved in LEAD San Diego, Banker's Small Business CDC, and RMA.
William T. Roche, III
Executive Vice President | Chief Financial Officer
Being part of a strong and committed executive team at Bank of Southern California is the culmination of a distinguished career for Bill, who has been part of the San Diego banking community for over a decade. He has held finance positions for Bank of Commerce, US Bank, First International Bank, Community National Bank, and 1st Pacific Bank. Prior to joining Bank of Southern California, he was Vice President and Controller for San Diego National Bank, where he was responsible for all accounting operations for the Bank.
Pamela T. Davis
Executive Vice President | Chief Credit Officer
An exceptional talent for business analysis coupled with the desire to make a positive difference for the businesses she and her staff serve have made Pam a stand-out executive throughout her four-decade career which began in 1969 with San Diego Trust and Savings Bank. She became a vice president and construction lender with Westlands Bank and later joined Bank of Coronado where she spent 20 years, rising to become the bank's chief credit officer. She also served in that capacity at Discovery and Neighborhood Nationals Banks and later served as a consultant to banks in formation and those experiencing problems with their loan portfolio in the economic downturn.
Pamela C. Isaacson

The bank's board and her fellow executives recognize Pam's experience and commitment to the bank's clients as the hallmarks of an excellent manager who is integral to the growth and success Bank of Southern California continues to experience. Pam has spent her entire 25-year banking career in the San Diego marketplace. Before joining Bank of Southern California she was Vice President and Cash Management Department Manager with San Diego National Bank from 1998-2008. Pam also worked as Vice President and Branch Manager for Home Savings of America, Private Banking Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, and Branch Manager for San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, which was later acquired by First Interstate Bank. Pam joined Bank of Southern California in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Operations and will continue to be responsible for management of the Bank of Southern California’s operations, compliance and risk management.
