Nathan began his banking career at Wells Fargo as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer, where he implemented successful sales and marketing strategies in the Sacramento and San Diego areas. He then moved to First National Bank of San Diego as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Group Manager. In 2002, he joined First Republic Bank in San Francisco as their Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking. He has been involved in LEAD San Diego, Banker’s Small Business CDC, and RMA.

Bill has been part of the San Diego banking community for over a decade. He has held finance positions for Bank of Commerce, US Bank, First International Bank, Community National Bank, and 1st Pacific Bank. Prior to joining First Business Bank, he was Vice President and Controller for San Diego National Bank, where he was responsible for all accounting operations for the Bank.

Pamela T. Davis
Executive Vice President | Chief Credit Officer
Pamela T. Davis has over four decades of experience in the Southern California banking sector, beginning her banking career in 1969 with San Diego Trust and Savings Bank. After the birth of her son she joined Westlands Bank where she eventually became a Vice President/Construction Loan Officer. In 1983 Pamela moved to Bank of Coronado where she spent 20 years and was promoted to a Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer. In 2003 Pamela became an Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer with Discovery Bank and then with Neighborhood National Bank, where she remained until 2007. From 2007 to 2009 Pamela was an Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer with Ventana National Bank, In Organization, and in 2009 moved to Bank of Palos Verdes, In Organization, as an Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer. While at the Bank of Palos Verdes and just prior to joining First Business Bank, Pamela was brought in as a consultant for Pacific Coast National Bank where she was responsible for overseeing, directing and approving the clean-up of the bank’s troubled loan portfolio.

Pam Isaacson has spent her entire 25-year banking career in the San Diego marketplace. Before joining First Business Bank she was Vice President and Cash Management Department Manager with San Diego National Bank from 1998-2008. Pam also worked as Vice President and Branch Manager for Home Savings of America, Private Banking Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, and Branch Manager for San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, which was later acquired by First Interstate Bank. Pam joined First Business Bank in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Operation and will continue to be responsible for management of the First Business Bank’s operations, compliance and risk management.
